Pat started accompanying hymns for school assemblies and church at the age of ten, but has always considered herself a singer who plays, rather than a player who sings. However, having taught piano for the last twenty-four years and accompanied services at St. Aidan’s, Alexandria for the last five and a half, it feels like the right moment to lean into her love of the keyboard and step up the plate for St. Peter’s as we lose our beloved Bart. 

After singing in the choir at St. Peter’s for ten or so years and serving as Interim Music Director during the pandemic, Pat looks forward to this new challenge. It will be fun to work with Jenni and to hear the choir from the accompanist’s side of the piano. 

Pat holds degrees in French, Music, and Education along with a number of certifications in music methods for young children.
